Description
A 1918 Church Building at 537 East Palm Avenue, Orange, California. There is some discrepancy concerning the dates, a August 6, 1954 "Orange Daily News" newspaper article states that the Seventh Day Adventists constructed the church before 1912. the style is a single- story box plan structure with wide lap siding and steep-pitched, hip roof. The front entry to the church is distinguished by a large, hipped projecting wing which acts as a modified cupola. Now the "Old Towne Chapel," the original church originally served as the Pentecost Pilgrim Church. Over the years it was remodeled and enlarged.
