Building on 102 E. Fourth Street (corner of Fourth Street and Main Street), August 2002. This was formerly the Dibble Building built in 1885. Pedestrians and cars are visible along the street. Signs and storefronts on the building include: Joyeria Acapulco (Jewelry store), Notary Public, Inmigracion, Income Tax, Aseguranzas (Insurance), and Giromex Giros a Mexico (Wire money to Mexico).
