Accession number: P3061 Group portrait of the John Fischer, taken in San Francisco before moving to Anaheim in November 1859; John Fischer was an original colonist, vice president of the Los Angeles Vineyard Society in 1857, Planters Hotel hotelier from 1865-1882, Anaheim's first postmaster from 1861-1868, and in 1876 mayor of Anaheim; identified (left to right) as Amelia, John Fischer, Frederic "Fritz" and Julia Fischer.
