Broadside announcement and program of festivities for a celebration of Mexican Independence to be held at Estación Batáques, present day Batáquez, in the municipality of Mexicali, Baja California on Sept. 15-16, 1930. The program includes music, speeches by Tomás Moreno, Carlos Licón and Rosamel Barrera, dancing, horse races, and complimentary barbacoa and beer.
