Description
Organization of Golgi and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) in a Human HeLa cell expressing Sialyl Transferase-EGFP (green) and Invariant Chain33-mRFP (red). The Sialyl Transferase-EGFP is a Golgi marker and the Invariant Chain33-mRFP is retained in the ER. Zeiss Spinning Disc confocal used with with 220 ms exposure and a 63X oil objective.
