Description
A monolayer of human foreskin fibroblast cells was infected with Toxoplasma gondii expressing EGFP-tagged TgCam2 (calmodulin-like protein) and mCherry-tagged TgCentrin2. 36 timepoints. Images acquired using API DeltaVision on a Olympus IX70 inverted microscope. Objective: Olympus 60X water immersion, 1.2 NA. Filters: EGFP, ex 450-490 em 500-540, mCherry, ex 555-592 em 600-665.
