Description
A bundle of microtubules that arises from a basal body adjacent to the cytoproct comes to lie along a spent DV-IV. The assumption is that movement generated by molecular motors propels the spent vacuole toward the cytoproct. TEM taken on 6/1/73 by R. Allen with Hitachi HU11A operating at 75kV. Neg. 12,750X.
