Description
Whole mount squash of polytene chromosome from Drosophila salivary gland. Image showing a series of bands and interbands was taken with a High Voltage EM at a tilt angle of 55 degrees. The accompanying grouped image, taken at 45 degrees forms a stereo pair, providing an oblique 3D view of the chromosome.
