Description
A row of large IMPs bordering parts of the plates are visible. Two parentheses-shaped empty trichocyst docking sites are also present and one ring surrounding pits where the rosette IMPs have been removed. TEM taken on 5/9/91 by R. Allen with Zeiss 10A operating at 80kV. Neg. 19,800. Bar = 0.25µm. There is a high resolution version of this image in the library (CIL:39316) which is available for quantitative analysis.
