Description
A monolayer of human foreskin fibroblast cells was infected with Toxoplasma gondii expressing EGFP-tagged TgMORN1 and mCherryFP-tagged Tgalpha1tubulin. Images acquired using API DeltaVision on a Olympus IX70 inverted microscope. Objective: Olympus 100X oil immersion, 1.35 NA. Filters: EGFP, ex 450-490 em 500-540, mCherry, ex 555-592 em 600-665.
