Immunogold labeled thin frozen section of P. multimicronucleatum. Gold lies over the microtubules of the basal bodies and the doublets of the cilia. Also short segments of the transverse and postciliary microtubules are labeled. TEM taken on 7/5/96 by R. Allen with Zeiss 10A operating at 80kV. Neg. 9,780X. Bar = 0.5µm.
