Description: A view of the cortex showing early endosomes are often cup shaped and can have several coated evaginations arising from the rim of the cup. TEM taken on 8/10/65 by R. Allen with RCA EMU3F operating at 50kV. Neg. 12,700X. Bar = 0.5µm. The negative was printed to paper and the image was scanned to Photoshop.
