Description
Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP)kinetics of histone H1-zero were recorded using mouse fibroblast cell line stably expressing GFP-H10. Live cells were imaged using a Zeiss LSM 510 meta confocal microscope with fluorescence excitation at 488 nm and a 63x plan-apo oil lens. The image series has 2 pre-bleach shots, one immediately after bleaching a 1 micrometer diameter circle of euchromatin, and 47 images at 5 sec intervals.
