Description
The grassy hill outside of Main Gym is nice to look at, but we could be maximizing our space. This is an example of what it might look like if we used the space for agriculture and sustainability. There are two main motivations:1. Ways that UCSD can become more economically and environmentally sustainable (although it claims it's one of the most sustainable universities with Scripps nearby); We can truly maximize the space to grow food and make dining halls completely sustainable. 2. Address the interdisciplinary aspect of STEM and the Arts and the fact that UCSD is predominantly STEM but should still be promoting the importance of Arts education; with collaboration, we can help each other as specialists in each field.
