Habrá en Acapulco una compañia de infantería permanente, otra en San Blás, otra en Tampico, otra en la Isla del Carmen, dos en Bacalár y dos en Tabasco. Además en Yucatán habrá una compañia de caballería, otra en la Isla del Carmen y otra en Tabasco
