Description
Large patches of rough ER surrounded by Golgi stacks (visible only at high magnification) have formed in the cytosol along with fields of lipid bodies. By day 2 these ER and lipid fields will be dispersed or depleted. For culture age study see Fok and Allen, Eur. J. Cell Biol. 25:182-193, 1981. TEM taken on 4/28/80 by R. Allen with Hitachi HU11A operating at 75kV. Neg. 4,050X. Bar = 1µm.
