Description
Transmission electron micrograph of a representative sertraline-treated sac1∆ mutant cell. SAC1 encodes a phosphatase that converts phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PIP) to phosphatidylinositol (PI). (8,000X). An untreated image of the same mutant is available as CIL 40434.
