Description
Cell of the DT40 chicken B lymphocyte line at mitosis. Z-series of widefield immunofluorescence images captured using a 100x/1.4NA planapo objective lens on a Deltavision system and deconvolved with a constrained iterative algorithm (Applied Precision). Displayed is the central z-slice. CENP-E(green)is reduced by deoxycycline treatment (INCENP-OFF). Shown is an anaphase cell. Alpha-tubulin is red and DAPI (DNA) is blue.
