Description
A monolayer of human foreskin fibroblast cells was infected with Toxoplasma gondii expressing YFP-tagged Tgalpha1tubulin and mRFP-tagged TgDLC (dynein light chain). DIC Images acquired using API DeltaVision on a Olympus IX70 inverted microscope. Objective: Olympus 60X, 1.4 NA. Captured with CoolSnapHQ/ICX285.
