Description: Studio portrait CDV of Japanese Tommy, stage name of Thomas Dilward, an African American dwarf comedian who performed in minstrel shows in the United States and abroad. Dilward wears a tweed suit while resting one arm on a cloth-covered table upon which sits his top hat.
