Description
Normal Rat Kidney (NRK) cells grown in culture expressing Galactosyl Transferase-YFP (GalT-YFP) and p58-CFP. This file is the CFP time series demonstrating the organization of the early secretory pathway (Golgi and intermediate compartment). Images were collected on a Zeiss Spinning Disk confocal as a single z slice over time with CFP imaged using 445ht and YFP imaged using 515ht and a 63X oil objective. Images were collected every 2 minutes. Exposure time: 515 was 50ms; 445 was 200ms: for both channels, the gain was 3, the camera intensification was 200, the laser neutral density was 10.
