AA (Ashy fill) -- Soft reddish fill. -- Ashy fill, E probe/ u. L26 -- Layer of red-orange sediment, soft and crumbly, some lnses of ash within the material. -- Layer found underneath debris of the final destruction of the site over a possible surface that may predate the construction of the gateway. Ceramics, some slag. Sealed by the debris of the final colapse of the gateway strructure. -- Parallel to a thick layer of hard-packed ash immediately to the west (L53). Area stratum III
