Description
Transmission electron micrograph of a representative sertraline-treated chc1 mutant cell. CHC1 encodes clathrin heavy chain, which trimerizes to form triskelia that coat vesicles. The vacuolar fragmentation phenotype is reversed by sertraline treatment. (8,000X). The untreated control image for the chc1 mutant is available as CIL 40416.
