Description
Adapted with permission. Extensions of cytopharyngeal microtubular ribbons that pass into the endoplasm from the cytopharynx. Discoidal vesicles bind to one side only of these ribbons (the anterior side) and move to the growing phagosome. Also, a developing trichocyt. TEM taken on 11/2/68 by R. Allen with Philips 300 operating at 60kV. Neg. 12,500X. Bar = 0.5 µm.
