Description
Epiboly movements of yolk syncytial layer (YSL) nuclei during gastrulation from a dorsal-vegetal pole view. A marginal band of nuclei moves toward the vegetal pole during epiboly, while some nuclei move out of the marginal zone to populate the I-YSL under the blastoderm. Video made available by Mark Cooper through Zebrafish - The Living Laboratory.
