Description
Cell of the DT40 chicken B lymphocyte line at mitosis. Z-series of widefield immunofluorescence images captured using a 100x/1.4NA planapo objective lens on a Deltavision system and deconvolved with a constrained iterative algorithm (Applied Precision). Displayed is the central z-slice. Anaphase localization of CENP-A (green) at centromeres during mitosis in INCENP ON cells. Alpha-tubulin is red and DAPI (DNA) is blue.
