Description
Frank A. Bouelle standing next to two Canoga Park High School students, one who is holding a banner pole that reads Canoga Park High School Drum and Bugle Corps 1929. The two female students are dressed in their marching band uniform. Bouelle was the superintendent of the Los Angeles City School District from February 1929 until his retirement in January 1937.
