A woman sitting on a chair on a grape mound display. She is sitting in front of a fountain decorated with grapes as well as grapes on the floor. This is the celebration of the Spanish festival of Vendimia that is a celebration of wine and winemaking. Photo appears with the article, "Vendimia Lends Touch of Spain: Thousands Visit San Gabriel for Grape Festival Queen of Senoritas Chosen Following Pageant Tower of Fruit Distributed at End of Celebration," Los Angeles Times, 24 Sep. 1928: A1.
