Group with the Symphonic Band of the Royal Belgium Guards (now known as the Royal Symphonic Band of the Belgian Guides) on the steps of the City Hall the day of their arrival in Los Angeles to begin a tour of Southern California. From the left: Andre Rouseyrol, a local Belgian tenor; Captain Arthur Prevost, the band's conductor; L. E. Behymer, who managed the band's tour; and a member of the American Legion, probably Geroge D. Lyon.
