Original trade card forms part of: Collection no. 311, History & Special Collections for the Sciences, Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library, UCLA. Front of card depicts two women in dresses. The woman on the left has just risen from a large, ornate chair. This woman has her right hand resting the the right armrest of the chair and her left arm is raised to her chest. She has long, appearing blonde hair. The other woman on the right is wearing a hat with a hanging ribbon and is reaching out with both hands to the woman on the left. The woman on the right has short hair that appears dark. Pencilled in long hand along the right edge of the back of the card: "An Uncommon Vision 8/2/98 $6.80 for three items". In upper left corner of the back of the card is pencilled "$8."
