Description
A RADAR REMINDER--Mayor Sam Yorty and S.S. (Sam) Taylor, city traffic engineer, with a radar-activated meter that shows motorists how fast they are driving. Device, first of four planned, was demonstrated outside City Hall. It was conceived by Taylor for use in city's high-speed areas.
