Description
Joseph Markowski was charged with two counts of attempted murder and two counts of attempted poisoning for knowingly selling his HIV positive blood. The attempted murder charges were later dropped and he was acquitted of attempted poisoning in 1988. Covered--Joseph Markowski, 29, who has tested positive for AIDS antibodies, wears mask, and sheriff's deputy wears gloves at Los Angeles Municipal Court hearing where Markowski was ordered to undergo a psychiatric examination. He has been charged with attempted murder for allegedly selling his blood and having sex despite the positive AIDS test.
