ANSWER: The photo, looking south by west from the City Hall tower, is a panorama of the downtown business district. And, of course, it wasn't expected to baffle anybody. Too many prominent landmarks, including the Times and Mirror Buildings in center foreground. KNOW YOUR CITY, NO.200 -- Well, here we are at the 200 mark in this [series]. And, without trying to be cute about it, this picture taken from the City Hall tower is, if nothing else, symbolic of the whole idea. Of course, you know direction camera is facing. Don't fret, series is going to continue. See Page 34, Part [?].
