A MEDICARE 'FIRST'-Actor Raymond Massey, the Dr. Gillespie of the Dr. Kildare television show, receives the first Medicare identification card in Los Angeles from Frank Mason, left, Social Security district manager. The ceremony was at a mobile application center stationed at Pershing Square. Deadline for enrollment in program is March 31.
