Mrs. Elsie Hinman Bush in court during a divorce battle with her ex-husband, former Superior Court Judge Guy F. Bush. The couple was married on Christmas Day 1939 in Las Vegas then separated three days later. Judge Bush filed for divorce against his wife citing a charge of cruelty then Mrs. Bush counter-filed with the same charge; neither party described their charge. It was the 3rd marriage for Mrs. Bush and the 4th for Judge Bush.
