Virginia Pizzini, Miss Venice 1929, with Los Angeles County Sheriff Eugene Biscailuz and many others, most with hands and hats raised. Group is posing on a Venice street with a firefighters' life net, set vertically, on which is drawn a U.S. map, printed with "Miss So. California invites all Elkdom to Los Angeles in 1929."
