The camera looks across ground brush towards the built structures on a Mint Canyon ranch rented by Gordon S. Northcott. A drive stretches across the middle of the image. On the far side of the drive, a small house stands at right. A few people are visible filtering in and out of the house. Outbuildings stand behind and to the left of it. At far left, the property's chicken coop stands. A tall wooden fence stretches between the house and the chicken coop. Gordon S. Northcott was later tried, convicted and executed for the serial murders of young boys in the area.
