Mr. McNeer is accused of shooting his wife and then turning the gun on himself, but maintains that the reverse happened and his wife's death was her own attempted murder-suicide. The bullet is still lodged in his brain.
Men and women seated at tables while man points to hat he is holding. Documents are laid out on the table. One is titled: "Corporation Abstract..." This group could possibly be the jury examining the evidence, but it is unclear.
