McNeer is brought to court on charges of fatally shooting his wife, Beatrice Helene McNeer. Gray McNeer is brought into Municipal Judge Galbreth's court in a wheelchair with a bandaged face from a gunshot wound that he ascertains his wife gave him before she turned the gun on herself.
