McNeer reclines in his wheelchair resting an arm against his mother. His attorney Hahn signs a piece of paper that Mrs. McNeer holds while W.O. Graf watches.
33-year-old Gray E. McNeer is brought to court on charges of fatally shooting his wife, Beatrice Helene McNeer. Gray McNeer is brought into Municipal Judge Galbreth's court in a wheelchair with a bandaged face from a gunshot wound that he ascertains his wife gave him before she turned the gun on herself.
