Text from newspaper caption: Tragedy's Effects Detailed. Testimony that the disposition of George Moran, comedian, has been changed as the result of the accident in which his famous teammate, Charles Mack, was killed, was given yesterday in the courtroom of Superior Judge Edmunds by Mrs. Claire Moran, shown below at left, and Vince Barnett, right, comedian and long-time friend of the "Two Black Crows." They testified for Moran, who is suing his former partner's widow for $34,500 damages on the ground that when the fatal accident occurred, she was driving at an excessive rate of speed.
