Text from newspaper caption: Tomiko Okura, Los Angeles Japanese girl, is en route to start her duties as secretary to a high official of the South Manchuria Railway. She is a graduate of Phineas Banning High School, Compton Junior College and Frank Wiggins Trade School. She is at sea in company with her mother and small sisters, who will return here in December.
