Joseph Scott spoke to the Southern California Republican Women's Club at the Hamilton Club, imploring support for the Republican vote. Mrs. Louise Ward Watkins presides the Women's Club and announced plans for a telephone committee of 5000 women for campaigns.
Some of the women at the head of the table stand and the remaining sit, looking towards the three women who are standing. A typewriter and stacks of pamphlets are placed on the table.
