Photograph of the south portal (at Bishops Road) of the fourth and southernmost Figueroa Street Tunnel while under construction. Workers are visible throughout the site with one man standing directly below the tunnel opening. There are tracks running toward the tunnel, as well as scaffolding constructed on one side.
The Figueroa Street Tunnels are a set of four four-lane tunnels that carry northbound traffic on State Route 110 (the Arroyo Seco Parkway) through Elysian Park in Los Angeles.
