U.S. Attorney John Joseph "Jack" Irwin and Luz Ermila de Tona filed a notice of intention to marry in anticipation of their wedding next week. De Tona is the daughter of late Mexican government official Conrado de Tona, and the couple plans on going to Fresno after the wedding for Irwin's work for the U.S. District Court.
The smiling couple stand signing the form, Mr. Irwin's hand over his wife-to-be's shoulder.
