Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. H. H. West Jr. and Frank Willis carry duffle bags at a Boy Scouts Rally. West has the bag on his shoulder, while Willis carries his by the strap. There is another, unidentified boy at the right of the photograph, coming out of a tent. There is another tent at the left of the photograph and there is a carved animal posted on one of the tents, sticking up from a pole just about Willis's head. Text from negative sleeve: 51.
