Frances West, wearing a knit hat and winter coat, sits atop a small boulder in the Big Tujunga Creek and poses for a photograph. She wears a printed button-down coat with white mittens peeking out of the sleeves, dark-colored shoes, leggings and skirt, and a white knit hat with a dark band. The creek, rocks and hillside can be seen in the background.
