Description

Mr. West has his hands on a cane. He wears a hat and glasses and looks toward the camera. Mr. Cooper holds a crutch. Mrs. West wears a short cape and has a hand on her hip. At the left, there are two tarp-covered objects. People and carriages pass by in the background. There are buildings throughout, including one at the left that has signs on it reading, "obscura pavilion" and "store." Other buildings in the background have signs on them that read, "bay view," "E. E. Bees general..." and "Troy laundry." An American flag flies above the "bay view" sign. Nella A. West was H. H. West's sister. George M. and Wilhelmina West were their parents.
