(L to R) George M. West, Wilhelmina West, Daisy Conner, Nella West, and Harry Hershey Cooper sit together. Mr. West wears a hat and glasses and holds a cane. Mr. Cooper holds a crutch. Ms. Cooper looks toward Ms. West, while Mrs. West looks toward the camera. There is a tarp-covered object in the left foreground, and another behind Mr. West. There are buildings throughout, including one at the left that has signs on it reading, "obscura pavilion" and "store." Other buildings in the background have signs on them that read, "metropole," "bay view," and "Troy laundry." An American flag flies above the "bay view" sign.
Nella A. West was H. H. West's sister. George M. and Wilhelmina West were their parents.
