Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Crowd walks in front of the Hotel Astor. They are all men and they wear hats, coats, and suits. The hotel is across the street. There is a streetlight with a sign that reads, "caution" hanging from it. Beyond that, there is a sign reading, "Coronet Dry Gin." There are spots and light streaks across the negative. Text from negative sleeve: 450. East. New York. 1914. The Western Rubber and Supply Co. joined the Automotive Jobbers Assn in 1914 and I went to New York to present our application. Stopped at the Astor Hotel on Broadway. Two view [sic] of the Hotel. One view of the Grand Central Station. Marcel Tisne, Sales Manager of A. Schrader took me over to Coney Island. In the winter. Two view of the train we took and one at the Island. 6 films.
