Water slide with swimmers climbing it and landing in the water at Lewis Lake. There are people climbing the ladder up to the top, people waiting at the top, and people who have just reached the bottom riding on a sled. Other people sit on edge of the water and a man in a suit stands on the edge at the right. There is a fence at the right and there are trees in the background.
Text from negative sleeve: 635. East. Red Oak, Meads, Lewis Lake, September 1900. See #634. Our party at Lewis Lake, and the slide. India [sic] Stevens fishing in the Nishnabotany [sic] river. India [sic] Stevens playing with a dog. 4 negatives.
